What is MonMon Masters?
MonMon Masters is a monster-collecting RPG. Hatch, capture and evolve MonMon, build a team of five and take on dungeons, giant bosses and other Tamers. See the game overview for more.
What devices can I play on?
MonMon Masters is available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and on Google Play for Android.
How do I get new MonMon?
Hatch them from eggs, capture them in the wild, make them through fusion, or get them from events. Each MonMon's page in the MonMon list shows how to get it.
How do I redeem a code?
In the game, open Settings and tap Redeem Code, enter the code in the web store, and collect the rewards from your mailbox. See Redeem Codes for the latest codes.
How do I keep my progress safe?
Link your account in Settings → Account. If you play with a Guest account, your data may be lost when you log out or change devices.
I bought something but didn't get it.
Open Settings and tap Restore Purchases. If it still doesn't arrive, please contact support.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. All of your game data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
